Finally I'm done with Prod Planning. One less thing to worry about. I better achieve some decent grade for putting in so much effort for those 100over production papers. Heh.

Went bowling with xen people on friday night after make-up class. I didn't strike any while Gdine striked 3 times. How pathetic of me. Haha. But I had a great time bowling too. Something I haven't done for ages. Just fun hanging out with these people. (:

And shucks. Cam & Light test this coming tuesday! Haven't been sitting for tests for about half a year already. It's all projects and assignments for my course. Good and bad in a way. But I prefer the way things are now though. :D

Holidays are coming which means I have to find a job. Sigh. When then can I have a PROPER break huh! I wanna meet my girls man...

How fast time flies is really scaring me. I feel that I haven't been making good use of time so far. Can you imagine, I'm going to be a year 3 student in no time.. Then soon, I'll graduate. Honestly, I'm not prepared. Not prepared to face my future at all. What is it going to be like? Will I get the job I always dream of? I'm really afraid of the future. Much said, I'm don't wanna hit 21 so fast! Very NOT looking forward to. I yearn to be independent yet I'm afraid to be. Well, just afraid of failure, thats all. Ha, what a coward huh.

I was thinking about what I have to do for now and next few weeks. Scriptwriting, Prod Planning, Com Animation, Pop Culture, Cam & Lighting, Dance and going to Xen to clock my hours away by working. Why do I have so many things to finish suddenly?! I miss going home in the evening, miss mum's cooking, miss watching Tv progs, miss hanging out with my dear friends! Sigh.

I guess I underestimated myself.


Have been pretty down recently. Especially today when I realised I lost my thumbdrive! Which means I've lost all my data as well. Now great, I have to redo my crew list for prod planning. Damn it. Why do I always lose things that I bought not long ago?!

Don't you think that you're causing unnecessary conflict? I wish you can just disappear! Go live in you 'loser' world.


I love Camera & Lighting! Did our Part 1 shoot in sch today till late. So cool being the DOP (cameraman). Just love the job (to the extent that I gave up the job of a Director for a DOP!) . But mind you, Bolex camera is damn difficult to handle! Looking through that tiny viewfinder hole is torture for your eye. I had headache cos of straining my eye. Oh well, no matter what, I had plenty of fun. My love and excitement for FSV is back! I learnt alot while being the DOP too. You know, I used to be an idiot on camera. Haha. Can't wait for tmr's shoot. YAYYYY. Will upload pictures soon (:

COMA was bad though. Can't imagine I spent 3 hours just modelling a idiotic flower head (it ended up looking like dunkin donut )= ). Now I know I really suck at animating.

It's 1.30am now. I hope I can wake up in time for scriptwriting tmr, with the help of atiqah's morn call. Cos one more time I'm late, I will fail this module! Anyone who's free enough can call me at 7am to buzz me up tmr. Haha. Kidding lahhh.


Met at Takashimaya for Pop Culture tutorial today. Now I totally understand how those surveyors out there feel when approaching people. It sucks. But still, this isn't going to stop me from avoiding them. Haha.

I'm so proud of myself today, for once. I actually went to the National Library to read while waiting for Serene.

Nice place, hard to find though. The food was average. The dessert was ..... no comments. Haha. But one good thing was, there's no service charge and GST! Phew, we were excused from the horrible GST raise.

I didn't see myself watching 'Transformers' at all. It wasn't a movie that interests me in any way until I heard comments from my friends, saying the show is SUPERB! Now, I definitely agree with them. I must really salute the computer animators man. It took me so long and so much confusion in animating a simple moving spider during CA class. Not to mention animating numbers of robots, explosions, fire etc. Forget it lah, I give up on doing CG. Watching it is satisfying enough. HAHAHA. Oh and I admire the scriptwriters as well. 10-page script is enough to drive me nuts. Furthermore, it's just a script with no special effects or whatsoever. I can't imagine me working on a script like 'Transformers'. Well, should I be thankful then? Heh.

Did a little search on Michael Bay, the director of 'Transformers' just now. I realised that the movie 'The Birds' is coming out on 2009! It's the remake of Alfred Hitchcock's 1963 version. The one I did my presentation on. Another must-watch! Ha. So I'll be expecting 2 movies, namely the 'Transformers' and 'The Birds'. Yayyyyy (:


I think my computer doesn't likes xen. Ha. The editing was a flop. I can't imagine those unsuccessful clips are going to be watched by people later on. Gosh.

I was happily editing the different video clips of Salsa Competition at Xen. Even felt accomplished when I finished editing the first tape last week. It was all going well until today when editing, at a particular time, the audio of the back part of the dance wasn't in sync with the video. So I looked back and see the rest. It all had the same problem! The worst thing was, I actually saved everything I edited, OVER the same project. Which means, the tape which I edited nicely before was gone, just like that. CAN YOU IMAGINE ME SPENDING MORE THAN 10 HOURS OVER 2 DAYS CAPTURING AND EDITING THE STUPID DAMN VIDEO. Like really sitting infront of the screen, working my eyes and brain off. Now good, I have to start from SCRATCH. The weird thing is when I first captured the first tape, everything was well but when I tried to do it just now, this problem appeared. I reckoned my computer got possessed. -.-

Oh yes adding on, this bloody irritating Final Cut Express program crashed right infront of my eyes THREE times. Tell me, how can I not get aggitated in any way?!?! (I get seriously f-ed up when FCE crashes on me. I'm sure all editors do too. Damn.)

Because of this, I have to go back xen again to edit. #@$*!

Nevermind, at least something small made me happy today. :D


It's 2:28am now and I can't get to sleep. Maybe because I slept 13hours yesterday. I'm supposed to wake up at 7am later for school but can I wake up in time? Ha. I don't wanna oversleep again man. It's scary.

Celebrated Joyce's birthday today at Pasir Ris chalet. Can tell that she was really surprised, which is good. Had Gdine to accompany me there. Poor girl, she was having gastric. Anywayy the celebration was good. Or rather, most of the surprises went smoothly. Hope she enjoyed herself! :D

This weekend was really a birthday celebration one. Joyce, Jess and Lydia and Mum's birthday. Saturday evening celebrated Mum's. Bro and I treated her to dinner. He and his gf, Joyce, baked cake for her. So sweet of them.

Friday night celebrated Jess and Lydia's. Brought them for dinner at some coffeeshop at Holland V (it's meant to be pathetic). Later on, went on to Wala Wala and surprised them with our cake for them. Well, I don't think it's a surprise cos one of the staff at Wala Wala blurt out the cake surprise. Why is it that these people have no brains? HAHA. The same thing happened for Eliz's birthday last year also. Gosh, it seems that it's not a good idea to plan something with restaurant and cafe's staff huh.

Well, no matter how well the celebrations went, hope all of you enjoyed it!
